“The Brownstone Townhome is a very nice place to live. The rent is fair, the landlord is very caring and he is always available when you need him. They have a 5 mile per hour speed limit through the lot. They also have a little park big enough for your little kids ages 1-13. The houses are well cared for and they allow the carpet cleaner people to come over and clean your carpets. The houses are well cared for and the closets are on the hinges perfectly strong. It is a quiet neighborhood most of the time and also we live in a clean environment.”
